Our Apprenticeship courses are designed for experienced professionals, across industries, seeking leadership or coaching qualifications. Flexible schedules and delivery allow you to combine work and study effectively.

Masters in Leadership courses

Executive Master’s in Leadership

The Bayes Executive Master’s in Leadership is committed to creating excellent, responsible and ethical leaders with a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development. It is a two-year part-time, block taught programme designed for leaders and managers from any industry and a variety of academic backgrounds.

Executive Master’s in Medical Leadership

The Executive Master's in Medical Leadership is a specialised part-time degree for doctors, that offers advanced leadership training. A key feature of our programme is its dual focus on personal development and research-based conceptual knowledge.

Executive Master's in Leadership for the Creative Industries

The Executive Master’s in Leadership for the Creative Industries is a part-time, two-year degree designed to empower creative professionals with the commercial, strategic, and operational skills needed to lead in today’s post digital media and entertainment landscape.

Coaching Courses

Bayes Business School offers two coaching programmes designed specifically for professionals and healthcare professionals who want to use coaching skills to further their management and leadership skills. These are one-year hybrid programmes with the majority of teaching done in person on the Bayes City of London campus.

On completion, participants will be awarded the Level 5 Coaching Certification which will allow them to be accredited as a Level 5 coach from the three main coaching bodies: (AC, ICF and EMCC).

Level 5 Apprenticeship in Coaching for Healthcare Professionals

Level 5 Apprenticeship in Coaching for Healthcare Professionals is designed for those working in healthcare in either a clinical or non-clinical role.

Level 5 Apprenticeship in Coaching for Professionals

Level 5 Apprenticeship in Coaching for Professionals is designed for all professionals with line-management responsibilities or who might want to use coaching skills as a means of enhancing their role and developing themselves.

Apprenticeships for career progression

Apprenticeships combine on-the-job training with a higher-level qualification. Bayes works closely with employers to address skills gaps and provide genuine opportunities for career progression, as evidenced by the learning outcomes from these programmes.
