We are pleased to offer two programmes available under the apprenticeship level funding scheme.
Executive Master’s in Leadership
The Bayes Executive Master’s in Leadership is committed to creating excellent, responsible and ethical leaders with a commitment to lifelong learning and professional development. It is a two-year part-time, block taught programme designed for leaders and managers from any industry and a variety of academic backgrounds.
Executive Master’s in Medical Leadership
The Executive Master's in Medical Leadership is a specialised part-time degree for doctors, that offers advanced leadership training. A key feature of our programme is its dual focus on personal development and research-based conceptual knowledge.
Level 5 Apprenticeships in coaching programmes
The Bayes Level 5 Apprenticeships in coaching are two programmes designed specifically for professionals and healthcare professionals who want to use coaching skills to further their management and leadership skills. These are one-year hybrid programmes which will award the Level 5 Coaching Certification on completion and enable participants to be accredited as a Level 5 coach from the three main coaching bodies: (AC, ICF and EMCC).
Apprenticeships for career progression
Apprenticeships combine on-the-job training with study for a higher-level qualification, helping employers to develop and retain the highly skilled and knowledgeable workforce the business needs.
Bayes Business School works closely with employers to ensure programmes are addressing the needs of business and are designed to close skills gaps. They are an effective means of upskilling existing staff, providing genuine opportunities for career progression.
