Professor Sir Anthony Finkelstein, President of City St George's, University of London and former Chief Scientific Adviser for National Security
Sir Anthony brings deep expertise at the intersection of science, technology and national security. He is a former Chief Scientific Adviser for National Security to HM Government and currently holds a range of advisory roles across HM Government in areas related to security and technology. He is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering.
Charles Davidson, Former Director, UK National Authority for Counter-Eavesdropping
Charles is a leading authority on Technical Security, having led national-level programmes to protect sensitive information across government and industry. He was a member of the Government Security Board from 2018 to 2023, shaping security policy for the UK public sector. He is a Fellow of both the Institution of Engineering and Technology and the Security Institute.
Jason Dibley, Chief Technology Officer, QCC Global Ltd
Jason has 23 years' experience in the Metropolitan Police Service deploying covert surveillance systems and 27 years leading TSCM assessments and sweeps for industry and government in 107 countries. He is a member of the Advisory Board of the Espionage Research Institute International in Washington DC and a founding member of the TSCM Institute.
