Meet the Full-time MBA Class of 2025 at Bayes Business School

At Bayes Business School, our Full-time MBA programme is about more than just academic excellence, it’s a transformative journey designed to elevate careers and open doors to new opportunities. As an impactful one-year programme in the heart of London, the Bayes MBA attracts a diverse group of professionals from across the globe, each bringing unique perspectives, experiences, and ambitions. Together, they’re prepared to challenge conventions, innovate in their industries, and expand their networks in ways that will shape their futures.

This year’s Full-time MBA class is no exception. Representing 23 nationalities, our Class of 2025 brings an impressive mix of backgrounds, talents, and career achievements. With an average of six years’ experience, an average age of 30, and 44% female participation, this group reflects Bayes' commitment to fostering a balanced and inclusive learning environment. The students join us from a range of sectors, including finance (27%), consulting (12%), engineering (12%), and several others, from IT and telecoms to education and energy. Each student brings insights and skills that will enrich the collaborative learning experience, adding depth to every case study, discussion, and project.

What really stands out this year are the stories behind each profile. From polyglots and entrepreneurs to athletes and social advocates, the Class of 2025 demonstrates what’s possible when drive meets diversity. We’re thrilled to welcome a student who previously served in the Republic of Korea Air Force, an international athlete manager representing elite runners from around the world, and an executive producer who also co-hosts a podcast. Our cohort even includes a volunteer lead at the Canadian Cancer Society, a school governor, and the branch secretary for a European football fan base in Bangladesh.

Entrepreneurial ambition runs strong, too. Among our students are the co-founder of a health startup, a clothing brand owner, and even an established real estate investor with a global portfolio. Their ventures span from fashion to tech, and education to real estate, innovators ready to bring fresh ideas and an entrepreneurial mindset to their studies.

Outside the classroom, this year’s students are just as inspiring. With a member of Team USA who’s competed at the Beer Mile World Championships, a Guatemalan archer, and a national soccer team player from the Bahamas, our cohort certainly brings a competitive spirit.

At Bayes, we know that success in business depends on a blend of knowledge, experience, and collaboration. The Class of 2025 embodies these qualities, and we’re excited to see how they’ll continue to shape the Bayes community and their own futures. We look forward to seeing all that this new class will accomplish at Bayes and beyond.
