Meet the Full-time MBA Class of 2026 at Bayes Business School
A new chapter begins for the Bayes Full-time MBA Class of 2026: diverse, dynamic and ready to take on a transformative year in London.
The Bayes Full-time MBA Class of 2026 has officially begun their journey, bringing together a globally diverse, ambitious and professionally experienced group of students, ready to take on the challenges of our newly redesigned programme.
A one-year MBA in the heart of London
With curriculum built for today’s fast-changing business world, the one-year Bayes MBA combines immersive core modules, strategy and consultancy projects, international electives, and integrated professional development focus. The result is a rigorous and transformative experience that leverages London’s business ecosystem and Bayes’ global network. The Financial Times recently ranked the Bayes Full-time MBA number one in London for both value for money and graduate employment within three months after graduation, a strong reflection of the programme’s real-world results.
A redesigned MBA for the next generation of leaders
This year marks the launch of our redesigned MBA - an evolution shaped by the changing demands of business and leadership. At its core is the new Career Impact module, which integrates professional development throughout the programme. It brings together leadership growth, strategic career design, and advanced communication skills to prepare students to lead with confidence in complex, global environments.
Students will also explore a new suite of interdisciplinary modules and electives on AI, analytics, ESG, and climate strategy, preparing them to drive innovation across industries.
The Class of 2026 will be based at our newly updated Finsbury Square campus, which serves as the hub for this exciting new chapter. Located in the heart of London’s financial and technology districts, it’s a powerful platform for connection, inspiration, and global opportunity.
A class defined by diversity and ambition
The Full-time MBA Class of 2026 includes students representing 20 nationalities, with an average of six years of professional experience and nearly 50% female representation. It’s a cohort that reflects Bayes Business School’s commitment to a global, balanced, and inclusive learning environment.
The class brings together professionals from across finance, IT/Telecoms, Consulting, Engineering/Manufacturing, Marketing/PR, Real Estate, and beyond. Students have previously worked with organisations such as the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Saudi Aramco, Bank of Georgia, HSBC Singapore, Deloitte, LinkedIn, National Public Radio (NPR), Lumanity and many more. While some bring global experience from multinational firms, others have built impactful careers in startups, public institutions, and the non-profit sector.
We’re proud to welcome a student listed on Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe, a former professional rugby player from Georgia, a national taekwondo champion from India, a former Chilean national cricket team member, a published author, and a theatre performer from Thailand.
Many others are committed to driving positive change - through volunteering, mentoring, health and education initiatives, and reforestation campaigns across their local communities.
As the new cohort settles into their studies, they join a thriving global network of Bayes MBA alumni - leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs making a difference across industries and continents.
The journey ahead will be challenging, collaborative, and transformative - but above all, it will be uniquely Bayes.

What made Bayes and the Full-time MBA the right choice for you?
Bayes stood out to me for its strong focus on entrepreneurship, venture capital, and innovation. As a Partner at 3x Capital and founder of Venture Launch, I wanted an MBA that would not only sharpen my financial and strategic skills but also connect me with a diverse network. Bayes location in the heart of London, its practical approach to learning, and its reputation for building entrepreneurial leaders made it the perfect fit.
What are you hoping to achieve during your MBA year?
My goal is to deepen my expertise in scaling early-stage ventures, master growth strategy, and strengthen my leadership skills. I’m also looking forward to building lifelong friendships with classmates from around the world and collaborating on projects that push me out of my comfort zone.
What part of the MBA experience are you most excited about?
I’m most excited about working with my cohort on real-world consulting projects, participating in international electives, and pitching new venture ideas. The combination of academic rigor and hands-on experience is exactly what I need to take my ventures and those I invest in to the next level.
How do you see London adding to your MBA journey, both professionally and personally?
London is one of the most dynamic cities in the world, and I see it as an extension of the classroom. Professionally, it offers unparalleled access to VCs, startups, and industry leaders, which I plan to leverage for collaborations and deal flow. Personally, I can’t wait to explore its culture, history, and vibrant community from theatre and museums to networking events and late-night founder meetups.

What made Bayes and the Full-time MBA the right choice for you?
Bayes' one-year Full-time MBA stood out to me because of its strong focus on experiential learning and emphasis on applying theory through live projects and international consulting opportunities. The highly engaged admissions and careers team, as well as Dr. Dimi's passion for the course gave me the confidence that Bayes is dedicated towards creating a conducive environment that enables the best possible outcome for their students.
What are you hoping to achieve during your MBA year?
I see this MBA year as an opportunity for me to broaden my network and leadership skills. I hope to strengthen my ability to make strategic decisions and stretch myself outside my comfort zone a little through different projects. It's a privilege to be able to take an intentional pause in my career and I plan to make the most out of it.
What part of the MBA experience are you most excited about?
Beyond academics, I'm most excited to learn from all the new people I will meet on this journey. I'm particularly excited for the international consulting week and electives where we will have the opportunity to apply our learning to real-world business challenges and expand our networking beyond the UK.
What role does Bayes’ location in the heart of London play in your MBA journey?
Being based in the heart of London is a tremendous advantage. We have direct access to global companies, start-ups, investors, thought leaders, and great eateries (for my fellow foodies). Our proximity to the city also allows for meaningful engagement with the diverse community and networking opportunities.

What made Bayes and the Full-time MBA the right choice for you?
The one-year structure of the Bayes Full-time MBA is unique, combining essential core courses that build a strong managerial foundation with professional development workshops and projects. I was particularly drawn to how the program helps candidates define their target industries and roles early on, while preparing them from the very beginning for the challenges of the post-MBA job market. In addition, the diverse cohort and the wide range of electives, many with an international focus, provide not only a global perspective but also valuable hands-on experience.
What are you hoping to achieve during your MBA year?
One of my main priorities is to strengthen my knowledge in areas I am less familiar with, while learning from the diverse backgrounds and experiences of my cohort. I aim to grow both professionally and personally, so I am well prepared to face any challenges in my career. In addition, I want to make the most of the networking opportunities offered by Bayes and to gain practical exposure by working on real business challenges through the Business Mastery Project, which will allow me to immerse myself in the corporate London environment.
What part of the MBA experience are you most excited about?
Among the many opportunities that the MBA offers, I am particularly excited about the International Consultancy Week. It will provide the chance to work on a real business challenge with a foreign company, applying the methodologies learned in class to diagnose issues and propose solutions — in other words, putting theory into practice. I am also highly motivated by the international electives, which allow us to travel in smaller groups, gain exposure to different cultures, and understand the unique business challenges faced across the world.
How do you see London adding to your MBA journey, both professionally and personally?
London is one of the most vibrant cities in the world, offering opportunities to deepen the academic experience, engage with the corporate sector, and enjoy its rich cultural and historical heritage. For me, this means making the most of every day — whether by meeting insightful new people, exploring museums and historical landmarks, or simply walking through its world-class parks. I believe that living and studying in such a dynamic environment will enrich my MBA journey, contributing to both my professional growth and personal development in a truly integral way.
