Mr Hakki Deval, Managing Director – CEO, Devbulk
Born in 17 June 1980 Istanbul. Graduated with BSc (Hons) Shipping Operations degree from Solent University of Southampton in 2001. Thereafter, joined to Cass Business School and graduated with MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance in 2002. Between 2003 and 2004 he served to Turkish Navy as a reserve officer with Lieutenant rank.
In October 2004 he started working for his Family Business and took responsibility in different divisions within the Company. Since 2014 he is the Managing Director of Devbulk Shipmanagement. He is a Board Member to International Chamber of Shipping, member to the Turkish Chamber of Shipping and to Turkish Shipowner’s Association and member.
