About
Overview
Dr. Daniela Cristian is an Assistant Professor (Lecturer) of Marketing at Bayes Business School. Before joining Bayes, Daniela completed her PhD in Business and Economics with a specialisation in Marketing at BI Norwegian Business School.
Daniela’s current research focuses on consumer well-being and decision-making (e.g., prosocial behavior, consumer privacy, price perception). Her work has been published in leading international journals including the International Journal of Research in Marketing and Social Science and Medicine. She is currently co-chairing the Consumer Behavior track of the European Marketing Academy Conference. Daniela has received a graduate travel award from the Association of Consumer Research and has been a Fellow at the AMA-Sheth Foundation Doctoral Consortium as well as the Max Planck Institute for the Summer Institute on Bounded Rationality.
Daniela is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and has previously taught a variety of courses, including Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, and Pricing Strategies. At Bayes, Daniela has been teaching "Marketing and Machine Learning for Healthcare" in the Executive Master's in Medical Leadership, "Principles of Marketing" and "Strategic Marketing" in the Modular Executive MBA program, "Strategic Marketing in Action: Exploring Location Brands", and "Marketing Strategy" in the MSc Marketing Strategy and Consumer Insights program.
