Overview
Dr. Madhulika Kaul is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Strategy at Bayes Business School. Her research examines the role of intermediaries as private rulemakers and the direct and unintended consequences of their governance decisions. She studies these questions using population level, geo-coded datasets in the global submarine communication cables industry and digital markets.
Before joining Bayes, she completed her PhD from HEC Paris, where she received the Best Doctoral Thesis Award. Prior to her PhD, she has several years of experience across management consulting, public policy, and has held various leadership positions at one of the largest conglomerates in India.
