Overview

Dr. Madhulika Kaul is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in Strategy at Bayes Business School. Her research examines the role of digital platforms as private regulators. Specifically, my dissertation evaluates how and why platforms choose which rules to create and enforce and the impact of these choices on platforms and their stakeholders such as individuals, firms, civil society, and regulators.

Before joining Bayes, she completed her PhD from HEC Paris. Prior to her PhD, she has several years of experience across management consulting, public policy, and has held various leadership positions at one of the largest conglomerates in India. Her PhD thesis has been awarded the Best Doctoral Thesis by the HEC Foundation.
