Veronika Voinovian is an Executive PhD researcher affiliated with the Faculty of Management, specializing in Organizational Behavior, at Bayes Business School.

Her doctoral research is affiliated with the Center for Professional Service Firms and employs qualitative research methods. It focuses on investigating the process of transformation and cultural shifts within professional service firms, with a specific emphasis on their adaptation to the digital transformation landscape.

Before joining Bayes, Veronika accumulated substantial experience in leadership roles at various international professional service firms. She also served as the Director of the Executive MBA Program at the Stockholm School of Economics.

Her educational background includes a Mastère Specialisé in Change Management from HEC, Paris/Said Business School, Oxford, and an Executive MBA in General Management from the Stockholm School of Economics.
