Bayes ranked as top-ten UK business school for Custom Executive Education programmes
Bayes Business School has been named the 8th best UK-based business school in the Financial Times Custom Executive Education 2026 ranking, where it also ranks as the second-highest from London.
Bayes works with organisations to co-create executive education programmes that meet specific needs in areas of leadership, finance and insurance. The latest edition sees the Business School rise 15 places globally, while it has been named the top school in the UK for growth, rising 32 places overall.
The annual ranking of customised course providers was compiled using data from business schools and their clients in 2025. Each client rated their programme on a 10-point scale across several key indicators, with responses accounting for 80 per cent of the result and weighted according to the seniority of the individual responsible for specifying the course, the size of the client organisation and the number of schools with which that client has commissioned customised courses in the past three years.
In addition, the ranking uses information provided by schools on international clients, overseas programmes, growth, partner schools and faculty diversity.
Mark Carberry, Director of Executive Education, said:
“This is a very positive result and reflects our team's continued focus on delivering high-quality, client-centred executive education.
“Our custom programmes are developed in close partnership with clients to address their specific strategic priorities, whether that involves developing future leaders, supporting organisational transformation or responding to complex strategic and operational challenges.
“Over the past year, we have continued to strengthen our relationships with organisations across professional services, including Big Four firms, alongside insurance and financial services institutions across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
“We see this ranking as an important platform for further growth and an opportunity to continue expanding the reach and reputation of our custom programmes.”
Professor Richard Payne, Deputy Dean for Programmes, said:
“Executive Education at Bayes forms a key component of our programme portfolio, providing first-rate, bespoke development opportunities for teams and individuals.
“Participants benefit from the insights that our world-leading faculty experts deliver, from a hub that is rooted in the City of London, and so providing unrivalled access to some of the largest and most dynamic global businesses in areas including finance, insurance and tech.
“We are delighted to see this rise in our ranking, which is testament to the combined efforts of our programme delivery team and our academic faculty, who put together learning experiences of the highest quality for our partners."
Custom programmes can be adapted or combined to address specific organisational learning and development goals, at Bayes, client sites, online or a combination of the three.
