By engaging with leading research and real-world business practice, supported by outstanding teaching, our students gain a rich and well-rounded education. As the rankings show, our graduates leave fully equipped with the skills and knowledge to thrive in rewarding careers.”
The School also ranked 2nd nationally for the quality of research in both accounting and finance, and business, management and marketing.
Professor Motson paid credit to the commitment of the academic and professional staff – particularly the course directors, Dr Malvina Marchese and Dr Valeriya Vitkova.
Dr Marchese, Course Director for the Finance Cluster programmes, including the BSc Finance, BSc Banking and international Finance, and BSc Investment and Financial Risk Management, said: “In the Finance Cluster degrees at Bayes we believe that student experience and experiential learning are key for students’ success. It is particularly rewarding to see our high ranking for graduate prospects. That shows the tangible, positive difference we make in the lives of our students. I am very proud to have achieved this result and even prouder of the amazing careers the finance cluster students have in the finance industry.”
Dr Vitkova, Course Director for the Accounting and Finance BSc, said: “Student experience is at the heart of our programmes – underpinned, of course, by top quality teaching and research. Our location bordering both the famous Square Mile and London’s Tech City allows us to deepen the student experience by providing them with great opportunities out there in the real world.
“I am grateful to the many leading employers and alumni who provide such valuable placements and deliver such illuminating presentations.”
