Programme overview
Are you the owner of a family business or poised to become one? Family businesses, i.e., businesses that are owned and managed by a family, wield immense influence on both local economies and the global stage, contributing more than 70 percent to the global GDP and employing 3 out of 5 people in the global workforce.
However, despite their economic prominence, many family businesses lag in investing in leadership development. Recent surveys show that less than one in four family businesses have any form of active next generation engagement plan and even fewer have invested in next generation leadership development strategically.
In the absence of a systematic leadership development plan, many family businesses are likely to find themselves caught unprepared in today’s turbulent times.
Our comprehensive executive programme, facilitated by esteemed family-business experts Professor Ajay Bhalla, Dr. Aneesh Banerjee, and Professor Meziane Lasfer, addresses this crucial gap.
Through interactive sessions and immersive learning experiences, participants will gain invaluable insights and practical strategies for navigating the complexities of family enterprise ownership and leadership development. From fostering effective family governance to facilitating smooth generational transitions, this programme equips leaders and future stewards with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in an ever-changing business environment.
