Perspectives on leadership behaviours of a great fundraising organisation

Wednesday 25 June 2025

Location: Bayes Business School

During this event, Alan Clayton, Chair of Revolutionise International, presented insights from his recently published exploration into the behaviours which lead an organisation to successfully transform its fundraising income. A sub-set of the success behaviours identified are distinct to leaders of successful organisations – and they go across the entire organisation, C-suite and board. These behaviours are clear differentiators between fundraising success and failure.
