Alex Moss

Alex is an Associate Professor and Director of the Real Estate Centre at Bayes Business School. He is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (now Advance HE), and Course Director for the MSc Real Estate programme, having previously been the Course Director for the MSc Global Finance online course. As a practitioner, he has been involved in research and transactions in the global real estate sector at a senior level for over 35 years.  His career has encompassed award-winning sell-side research (BZW), investment banking (CSFB), private equity (Apax Partners Capital), and fund management (M&G and Investec). He is Chairman of the EPRA Research Committee and a member of the EPRA Advisory Board.

Nicole Lux

Nicole Lux is a Senior Research Fellow and Project Director at the Faculty of Finance at Bayes Business School. She was previously a Vice President at Deutsche Bank where she worked in loan restructuring and workout.

In 2016 Nicole took over the De Montfort Commercial Real Estate Lending project to increase transparency in commercial mortgage markets for regulators and investors.

Kieran Farrelly

Kieran is a Senior Honorary Visiting Fellow for real estate at Bayes Business School. As a practitioner, he has been involved in investment and research in global real estate for over 20 years. He has published several academic journal articles across real estate economics, finance and investments, and holds a PhD in Estate & Planning. Kieran currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer for real estate at Schroders Capital and was previously a Partner in the real estate team at the StepStone Group. He is a member of the EPRA Research Committee.
