The Centre for Creativity in Professional Practice (C2P2) at Bayes Business School conducts interdisciplinary research on creativity, innovation and leadership in professional practice.
The Centre’s vision is to build a global community of creative thinkers and practitioners who work together to lead positive change. It aims to achieve this by inspiring and enabling new generations of creative leaders who will investigate, generate, envision, prototype, critique and reflect on novel solutions to complex modern challenges, and go on to empower teams and organisations to do the same.

Understand Creativity in Professional Practice
The Centre undertakes nationally and internationally recognised interdisciplinary research to develop and evaluate new ways of enhancing and supporting creative thinking and practice in individuals and organisations. As well as working with colleagues across City St George’s, for example through the Institute for Creativity and AI, we partner with organisations and individuals globally, building a community of creative thinkers and practitioners who work together to lead positive change.
