Internal Management Team
Our diverse team aim to build the new generation of creative leaders. From the arts, leadership, innovation, law and more, our team form the core C2P2.
Dr Enrico Bonadio, based in The City Law School, where he teaches, researches and advises across the full spectrum of intellectual property (IP) law, with a particular interest in how IP responds to technological changes and to non‑conventional creative practices such as street art, music borrowing and gastronomy
Dr Eugenia Cacciatori, Faculty of Management at Bayes Business School. Eugenia’s interests are in the organisational processes of innovation. She investigates the role of objects, such as physical and digital models, in knowledge creation and exchange within and across organisations in science and technology-intensive settings.
Professor Clive Holtham, Bayes Business School, his research enables leaders to make sense of the challenges of a world that is increasingly complex, unstructured and dynamic. Clive’s background is in management learning and leadership.
Dr Stephann Makri, School of Science and Technology. His research aims to empower people to interact with information in ways that preserve their autonomy in thinking and decision-making, minimise and mitigate against information harms and stimulate engagement, curiosity, serendipity and creativity.
Dr Johanna Payton, School of Communication & Creativity. A journalist and academic, she has written editorial and advertorial copy for most national publications, and her current research focus is creativity in journalism education.
Dr Anke Plagnol, School of Health and Medical Sciences. Her research is interdisciplinary, drawing on theories and methods from psychology, economics and sociology. She is interested in the choices that individuals make and how these affect their subjective well-being.
Dr Tullis Rennie, School of Communication & Creativity. He is a composer, improvising trombonist, electronic musician, and field recordist. His work encompasses varied compositional output that has a common focus in developing a musical language that seeks a threshold between (auto)ethnographic documentation and music/sound art.
Dr Katie Rose Sanfilippo, School of Health and Medical Sciences. Her overall research interests concern the function and application of music and the arts within healthcare contexts. Her current research investigates how community- and arts-based approaches and interventions can be scaled up, spread, and sustained more equitably in the UK and globally, with a focus on resource-constrained settings.
