Leading Edge
The Leading Edge programme is designed for those in junior and middle level management positions who want to develop their leadership skills or aspire to take on leadership roles in the future. You will explore the foundations of leadership and have an opportunity to equip yourself with fundamental leadership skills and learn how to put theory into practice.

For new and experienced leaders:

Confident Leadership
The Confident Leadership programme is aimed at leaders and managers of all levels who want to examine and develop their own leadership style and think about their impact and influence. You will have an opportunity to develop your self-awareness, reflect and explore your own leadership style through practical applications of theory and discussion with your peers.

For team leaders wanting to navigate real workplace challenges:

Action Learning Programme
Ideal for those in the non profit sector managing a team or function. The Action Learning programme allows you to come together with a small group of peers to solve real workplace challenges. You will focus on practical solutions and actions that can be implemented straight away to benefit both individuals and your organisation. This programme is suitable for individuals, but we also offer bespoke programmes for existing teams in your organisation on request.

For aspiring and newly appointed chief executives:

Aspiring Chief Executives
The Aspiring Chief Executives programmes is aimed at senior leaders who want to build upon their existing leadership skills or who are considering the step up into a Chief Executive role. This course offers an in-depth exploration of leadership and will teach you how to become an agile leader and steer your nonprofit organisation through current challenges. You will have the opportunity to discuss real life examples with your peers for an outside perspective and build a strong and sustainable strategy for your organisation.

New Chief Executives
The New Chief Executives programme is aimed at newly appointed chief executives (or for those with up to two years’ experience in the role) who want to stretch their learning and step up to the many demands and challenges of the role. This course offers an in-depth exploration of leadership with interactive group and peer learning to allow you to apply your learning to emerging and real world challenges.

For Financial Leaders:

Inspiring Financial Leadership
This programme is tailored to charity finance professionals and is designed to enhance your leadership capabilities and take practical steps to the next stage of your leadership journey. This programme incorporates a mix of practical experience, research and best practice to enhance your leadership skills.
