Delivered primarily online over two years, the programme blends flexibility with structure – allowing you to study part-time while balancing professional and personal commitments. Two on-campus weeks in London provide opportunities to collaborate face-to-face, deepen your learning, and strengthen your global network.

Course structure
Year 1: Building core business leadership skills
In your first year, you’ll complete a structured series of core modules designed to give you a strong foundation across all areas of business. You’ll engage through a mix of independent online study, live webinars, and interactive discussions.
Programme highlights:
- Weekly live webinars (60-90 minutes) that connect you with expert faculty and classmates worldwide.
- Optional weekly drop-in sessions offering additional support and interaction with faculty and peers.
- Two immersive London weeks, combining theory, group work, and case-based learning to strengthen collaboration and applied understanding.
The online materials are released two weeks before each live session, giving you flexibility to learn at your own pace and come prepared for rich, interactive discussions.
Year 2: Specialisation and strategic application
In your second year, you’ll tailor the programme to your goals. Choose from a portfolio of online electives that align with your professional goals and interests and apply your learning in the Business Integration Project, a capstone project designed to solve a real organisational challenge.
You’ll also have the opportunity to take one on-campus elective in London, included in your course fee. This option lets you connect face-to-face with peers, faculty, and guest speakers in one of the world’s leading business hubs.
If you wish to take additional on-campus electives or any international electives, these are available at an additional cost, allowing you to further broaden your perspective and global network.

Your Global MBA experience begins with a comprehensive online induction period designed to help you get ready – academically, technically and personally – before your first module begins.
During induction, you’ll:
- Connect with your cohort and start building relationships with peers, faculty, and programme staff.
- Explore the online learning environment, ensuring you’re confident navigating the platform, accessing resources and participating in live sessions.
- Attend interactive orientation webinars to understand how to balance study with work and life commitments.
- Receive guidance on study skills and academic writing, helping you return to learning successfully after time in the workplace.
The induction is also a moment to reflect on your goals and prepare for the journey ahead, so you can begin your MBA with purpose and clarity.
Career accelerator course
Start planning your professional growth from day one.
As part of your induction, you’ll complete the Career Accelerator Course, a dedicated online module introducing you to the Bayes Career and Professional Development Framework.
This short, practical course helps you:
- Assess your career goals and priorities.
- Understand how to use the programme to achieve them.
- Begin developing a personal strategy for growth, supported by your coach and the Bayes Careers team.
You’ll also gain early access to Bayes Careers Online, where you can explore self-assessment tools, leadership resources, and upcoming events that connect learning with real career opportunities.
Preparatory modules
Build knowledge and refresh your skills before you begin your MBA journey.
Once you’ve accepted your offer, you’ll gain access to a set of online preparatory modules designed to help you transition smoothly into the programme and feel ready to study from day one.
These short, self-paced courses introduce essential concepts that underpin your first-year core modules, ensuring you can engage confidently with topics across finance, analytics, and management.

Our practical, unique international electives give you a once-in-a-lifetime chance to study in a different environment, with exclusive custom-designed experiences. They offer the opportunity to understand more about different cultures, economics and regulation.

Business Integration Project
Apply your learning in practice
The Business Integration Project (BIP) is the capstone project of your MBA. It is a significant consultancy-style assignment that challenges you to solve a real organisational problem using the knowledge and skills you’ve developed throughout the programme.
You can focus on your own organisation, an entrepreneurial venture, or a client company. Guided by a faculty supervisor, you’ll integrate learning from across modules to deliver actionable insights with measurable business impact.
By completing the project, you’ll demonstrate your ability to:
- Analyse complex challenges using data, theory, and strategic thinking.
- Communicate recommendations effectively to senior stakeholders.
- Deliver practical solutions that drive change and create value.
Many students use the BIP as a launchpad for career progression, presenting their findings to senior management, shaping a business case for promotion, or building the foundation for a new venture.

For self-financing students, fees can be paid in four instalments:
- First instalment: £4,250 (fees excluding deposit, to complete registration in August 2026)
- Second instalment: £7,250 (paid in December 2026)
- Third instalment: £7,250 (paid in August 2027)
- Fourth instalment: £7,250 (paid December 2027)

To apply for the Global MBA (Online), you’ll need to demonstrate the experience and motivation to succeed in a flexible, online learning environment while balancing professional commitments.
Professional experience
- A minimum of five years’ full-time, relevant work experience after graduation.
Academic requirement
- A UK undergraduate degree (or international equivalent) or an appropriate professional qualification.
Applicants without a degree may be considered if they have at least six years of relevant professional experience.
English language requirement
If English is not your first language, you must provide an approved English language test result.
We accept:
- IELTS Academic: Overall 7.0 (minimum 6.5 in each section)
- TOEFL iBT: 100 overall (min. 25 Writing, 23 each other section)
- Pearson PTE Academic: Overall 69 (min. 62 Writing, 60 each other)
- LanguageCert International ESOL C1 Expert: Pass in all components
